CYD built Apollo, an internal ERP system with three applications running on a unified database. They built the backend entirely in Xano and integrated with WeWeb for the frontend. Only one developer is needed to maintain the entire system, significantly reducing technical overhead.

"In a mere 8 months, with a team of 2 individuals, we developed a 3-in-1 tool that enables us to design custom applications for our clients in just a few clicks, oversee our 300 partners (including planning and invoicing), and maintain a fully functional back office," said Etienne Jan-Aillaret, Chief Digital Officer at CYD.

CYD's structured development roadmap allowed them to roll out features step by step. They launched Apollo before some of Xano's newer features, and Etienne notes that tools like database triggers, the PATCH function, and debugger would have accelerated development even further.
